Application & Features
The aggregator is a kind of waste thermoplastic thin films,soft PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PS, PP, foam PS, PET fibers and other plastic material within 2mm thickness
of products can granulated immediately.
It can be wastes or thin film of soft polyvinyl chloride (PVC), high and low pressure polyethylene, polypropylene and polystyrene,
other thermoplastic plastic on aggregate, also on foaming polystyrene abandoned products for granulation.
Working Principle:
When the waste plastic is fed into the chamber of this machine, it will be cut into smaller chips due to the crushing function of the
rotary and fixed knives. During the crushing process, the material soaks up lots of heat from the frictional movement between knives and the
cylinder wall will come to semi-plasticizing state inside the cylinder. The particles will stick due to the function of plasticization.
Before particles complete sticking, cold water sprayed beforehand will be evaporated off quickly, and the surface temperature of the particles
drop down quickly, then eventually become the particles or granules.
The particles are easy to recognize by different size and can also be colored by putting pigment inside the cylinder during the crushing process.
